We shouldn't have argued to keep UCMJ authority for sexual assault cases. It leads to us sending cases to court martial that a civilian prosecutor wouldn't touch for lack of evidence.

I disagree with the article, had they situation involved been with a female the treatment would be the same. You can't have a double standard to satisfy a segment of the population that feels they are discriminated against. In the end justice was served.

Seems like there is something missing from rhe article. They just sort of gloss over exactly what he was accused of doing and the circumstances surrounding the event. And why do they keep refering to his unsworn statement? Why wouldn't he have a sworn statement? Just seems like a lot is missing which makes it difficult to evaluate the story.
