Curious as to how they will break out the advancement without ratings? Does everyone know their new MOS? Will it be solely by Time in Grade (Rank)? Will land locked personnel be limited due to no sea-time? Lat of things for the "New" Navy to decide and not much time to do it.

good question on this how are they going to do this! used to be by mos now how are they going to determine need.

PO2 Pete Haga - Sorry Mate, used to be by Rate (ET/CTM/AT/AX/AQ/...) but now that they are all electronics types with different MOS's (not the same as Navy NEC's) just curious.
