They have already re-elected him. They have the Mueller report and despite what it says, they are charging forward in something like 12 committees as they continue to dog Trump on BS and the public will remember this in 2020. And the Democrats will have noone to blame but themselves.
They tout the turnover of the House in 2018 but neglect to concede that despite this President being the most unpopular, the turnover was the least in any mid term in recent history and they barely took the house and it was not even defended against. This does not bode well for Democrats in Nov 2020.
