SGT (Join to see) - McArthur. Just a point that a CINC can fire Generals and Admirals, not to mention Lincoln did it with regularity until the Union started winning.

SGT (Join to see) - as far as I can determine. The fine point between firing and discharging them could be the sticking point. But, would any self respecting senior officer with four stats stat on after being demoted by the CINC. We only have to look at the last decade or so.
