If there is only 1 Democratic observer for every 10 tables, then, yes, it is fair. Interesting that only part of the article dealt with the question it posed. The other part was dedicated to accusations of fraud tottally unrelated to the recount.

They won’t be happy until the Trump children themselves are counting the ballots

Then Explain the machines that changed 2.7 million Trump votes to Biden all cause of a so called glitch in 23 states I call that fraud and tainted also explain the 4:30 in the morning ballot drops by unmarked white vans and trucks in battleground states that had all Democrat votes that changed the election results! All 100% unverified votes for Biden! That is Election Fraud and has happened in a ton of presidential elections! MSG Stan Hutchison

CPL Earl Kochis - What you are citing never happened. No proof of any of that. It was all investigated and found to be nothing but conspiracy theories or out right lies.
The "glitch" in the machines was caught and corrected on election night.

That's odd, something doesn't add up, like maybe the dominion voting systems used in the key places being sued by the Trump administration doing real math. it would be nice if the "journalists" actually did journalism, before the incite those who are a little too excitable. The dominion systems have "outdated and vulnerable software". Another major flaw, the voting systems are prone to paper jams which would require an operator to BREAK an official seal to clear the jam. That is not secure.

A simple interweb search could have found this information, stan.

The judge, Timothy Kenny, says the lawsuit “asserts behavior with no date, location, frequency, or names of employees.” He notes that, while witnesses claim that a rental van bearing out-of-state plates was used to transport ballots, “There is no evidentiary basis to attribute any evil activity by virtue of the city using a rental truck with out-of-state license plates.” He gently observes that they might have understood that the activity they were witnessing is normal and legal, not a massive plot to manufacture votes, if they had bothered to attend the walk-through”
