YES...YES...and YES!!! But we simply cannot keep cutting defense budgets like we have in the past couple of years, and frankly the past decade or so. But remember it isn't the machine, it is the man in the machine and if this happens I believe our will to fight will put them back in place. Hope it never happens but if it does I believe we can win it.
