The graph that explains the two types of hypertrophy is now my favorite way to explain the difference. I wish he'd shared some recommended workouts for each but, seeing his certification, he'd likely lean toward more functional exercises like tire flips. Share more like these, please.

I have always wondered why power lifters body make ups were so much different than body builders.
Also liked the reference about "farm boy strong". I always knew they were strong. Spent summers on my uncle's farm but never got close to my cousins brute strength, just didnt know why. Good article!
