I'd be interested to see what the effect of it all was. At that scale, I highly doubt it had any chance of swinging the election, but if it proves to have worked at all - for the relatively low-by-comparison sum of $100,000 - it would be very foolish to think a much bigger gambit of a similar nature wouldn't be used by both parties moving forward. Social media is cancerous.
