I can back this logic, so long as there is due process in place... being considered unruly is subjective. If there is no act that would warrant a criminal charge, I would think restricting a persons ability to fly may not be appropriate. Also, I have flown enough to know that somedays it is a horrible experience and can really lead to a person making a bad choice in the heat of the moment.

Maybe we should treat flight attendants like cops and make them wear a body cam, then have a independent review board to decide.

PFC Andrew "Tommy" M. - Or put cameras in the plane. It's a small enough area that coverage shouldn't be an issue and recordings could be flagged or saved over after every flight. The presence of cameras might 'help' some people behave better and privacy concerns should been moot as there really isn't privacy on a plane already.
