Dayton sues Wright-Patterson Air Force Base, DoD for water pollution

Yep...they will win because they are right...there is so much crap in the ground there and it had to have seeped into the water system. That was a Rand D base for many many moons.

Read this a little while ago. More than likely Wright-Pat will lose, but that is never a given.
