Could Trump drop the VA and DOD abortion access policies right away?

I hope so...these are elective procedures especially for DoD...they have nothing to do with readiness. Someone wants an abortion, nor for medical necessity, but for convenience...take leave got to a state where it is legal, pay for it, and come back.

Not all abortions are elective. And, when a female troop gets pregnant, they do become non-deployable for a window of time before and after delivery. Plus, some pregnant troops decide to leave the military. Any commander will tell you that losing troops temporarily or permanently definitely DOES impact readiness.
