One thing that is left out of this story -- percentage of false positives, percentage of false negatives, and the percentage of actual positive and actual negatives.

COL (Join to see) - Considering that the announcements are two weeks after the announcement of a similar device from Singapore (which actually had numbers) makes some people wonder.
