Absolutely loved this. I used to love reading letters written in the Past to other folks. Especially when different cultures were involved. I read two letter written around the year 800 in Britain. The first was from the Son of a Wealthy Merchant to his Father. Basically saying he needed more money for college, as books, food, and clothing were more expensive than he thought.
The Dad then wrote back: "I have heard that you are neglecting your studies, and not doing your readings. Instead, I have heard that you are spending much of your time drinking wine and carousing with your friends. There will be no more money until your Education becomes more important than your wine. "
Times don't always change. LOL
