Condoleezza Rice on Russia, China, and Great Power Conflict

Likely the brightest and best Secretary of State that the US ever had, Condoleezza Rice presents some great insights into current world affairs. What makes this presentation particularly enjoyable is that she doesn't have any official position these days and thus, can speak openly and frankly. In other words, she is quite undiplomatic at times which is refreshing inasmuch as our diplomats have a history of sticking their feet into their mouths whenever they attempt to be diplomatic.

Nothing against Condi.. I liked her and she was damn fine at her job. Truly top notch.
In the modern era, Kissinger has her beat. And if we step into the qaynack,way back, machine, Jefferson, Monroe, Clay, and Seward are all just a notch above, as well. IMHO.
Yes, Condi was awesome, and I miss her sane, calm, rational, and INTELLIGENT presence on both the American and world stages. It is hard to overstate how great she was as SecState. But best and brightest is too far.
