Being respectful of other cultures(to a point), is fine. Why it's necessary to be accepting of a culture in order to train them is beyond me.

Because in the cultures we are working in now shaking the right hand could be like walking in in spitting in someone's face. Pretty sure you wouldn't listen to my instruction after me spitting in your face.

SFC (Join to see) - So, we're expected to be accepting of their culture but they can try to change ours if/when they come here?

Its not an argument its a fact of life. We go to their country to train them how to do things we are expected to be as culturally aware as possible. I'm not arguing right or wrong it is a fact of how things are. This isn't an immigration thread it is an SFAB training question.
