Who you know is often far more important than what you know. Businesses will often make a job where none existed, certainly was never advertising, for the right candidate. Such opportunities come about almost always through personal referrals.

That is a true statement sir the position I am in was created specifically because they felt I was an asset to their company never underestimate the skills that you have if they want you they will find a way to employ you

Lol right, define friend. I left a successful business career for my trade, doing wood and stone work, custom flooring and tile and people are real, say what they mean, mean what they say. Easy environment to adapt too.

I only wish 40 some years ago I had the support of civilian friends. Transition may have gone a lot smoother. Different times,thank God.
