This doesn't sound great but I am sure we are not getting the whole story here. Regardless, the benefit of the doubt should fall to the Veteran and their caregiver, they have given too much already

I agree also stats seem off to me...out of the while USA there is only 33k caregivers and 16k families being affected to drop...also love to meet a none dropped caregiver right now
