most interesting... would like to see more of the video and in very slow motion... and the interview with the poster and the troop caring the shotgun

Bean Bag round, used to worn off drivers out of moving convoy and is used as ROE escalation of force. This looks like it may be old and could have been Iraq. If Iraq this is how we did things running convoys.
