I could give less than a damn if they "were both drunk." You don't and won't get a pass if you cause a crash when drunk or killing someone when drunk. BLUF, if she said "No", "Stop" "I don't want to" or any variation of that, then that's it. "We were both drunk" is a bulls*&t excuse and has a maximum effect range of 0 meters
