Yesterday we experienced a few power blackouts in Sterling, Virginia. I rested during the second blackout which lasted for hours. Kidney stone seems to be making some progress in exiting my body based on back pains ;-)

Twice in My lifetime I've passed a kidney stone although last time was was over 35 years ago, i never want to repeat that experience.
