I do not agree there WAS an insurrection. What happened did not meet the definition of an insurrection. Insurrection is a crime under US code, yet with over 500 people have been charged, not one person, including the ones held without bail for over six months now has been so charged. If an insurrection had occurred, they would have charged someone by now. Further IF that was in insurrection what the heck were the riots, including ones hat happened in the Federal District, damaged Federal property and monuments, and threatened at one point to overrun the White House,? (Think what a cluster ____ that would have been ...).
