This is not bullying and intimidation. If you know anything about communion, whether in protestant of catholic churches, there is a fencing of the table. If you have unrepentant sin you are living in and will not turn away you can (and should) be denied communion. Candidly, you should not take it as you are eating and drinking judgment on yourself.

Joe wants to look like a catholic but not abide by the church's teaching. He is free to leave the church just as they are free to deny communion.

I know you probably think communion is a right guaranteed in the Constitution of something.

1SG (Join to see) - My point is it is not bullying or intimidation. It is a sacrament the church can deny for many reasons. Your spin on this is off the mark. I am not a catholic and have issues with some of their practices and theology but denying communion for this reason is well within the bounds. The church does not need to partake in tolerance in the sense we do today. That is something you are trying to hoist upon them as an atheist.

Cpl Jeff N. - I do not believe I am off the mark at all. Biden can go a block over to another catholic church and receive communion which tells you a lot about their doctrine. I was careful to say "No Joe does not have a right to communion, but it does seem rather funny coming from an institution built off the sales of indulgences and cant make up their mind on birth control and purgatory". I am not trying to hoist anything upon them. I spend most of my time reporting them for trying to hoist their religion upon our children in schools.

Not Catholic, but since when is defining and enforcing boundaries and standards considered bullying? As a MSG, I would have surely thought you'd understand. Or do you only vilify them because the boundary is set against your personal political views?

This has nothing to do with my political view. I am neither a republican or a democrat.

It is about time churches stood up to the liberal left that support the killing of future generations.

LTC Laura Wickett If you’re talking to an atheist, no surprise it can be fruitless to argue the merit of Gods principles.
