Ford and Carter are not the worst Presidents. President Biden is already placing himself as the candidate for the worst president ever but the media and certain people on here will adore him no matter how much he messes things up and keeps focussing on President Trump. The instability of President Trump wouldn't have given President Putin and the mullahs from Iran the incentive to cause mischief but President Biden is a cross between mr. Rogers and weak prime minister Neville Chamberlain.

Iran never really complied with the terms of the deal. They continued to hide facilities and aspects of their nuclear development and weapons program. They never really gave any access to inspectors, before or after Trump pulled out of an ill advised deal. There is no reason to expect anything different this time around.
