I don't think that the Battle of Britain was a fight between Spitfires and Stukas. It was fought between the RAF and the Nazi German Air Force. The RAF deployed Spitfires and Hurricanes (and a few assorted other warbirds) against whatever the Germans threw at them. Stukas were dive bombers, not fighters. Interestingly, they were fashioned after the American Dauntless dive bombers.

Also, in all my study, it seems odd to me that the Germans ignored British radar installations. I never read of any direct attacks on them. They doubtlessly would have fared better if they had taken them out.

You are correct. The Clip was from the Movie Battle of Britain and depicted the Luftwaffe's attempts to destroy the RAF Radar sites. The HE-111 was the primary Luftwaffe Bomber while the ME-109 was the Primary Luftwaffe fighter. The HE-111 was never designed as a strategic bomber and was decimated by the RAF.
