Vladimir Putin's ego at work. This whole concept car through development and manufacture cost the Russian taxpayer close to $350 million. All because Putin wanted to ride in a Russian produced limosine that had the standards of Rolls Royce. Not to mention that the design is almost 100% stolen from an earlier RR production model. Sad that such a project was given priority over others that have higher need in that country.

What is crazy is China does knock off of high end cars and sells them for a fraction f the cost of the actual car.
