I assume strongly that our military branches are dissecting the war now. As a former Tanker I give the Russians a F- for the use of their tanks.

I concur, Sir. Although I work in Civil Affairs and don't have any experience with Armored Units, I can't imagine that those formations as seen on videos would stand hit-and-run Javelin/ATGM attacks from a distance, especially when no one seems to be doing any sort of security around them.

I will use a navy battle illustrate how not to fight example not to fight. In WWII one our fleets in the Pacific War were arrayed in a long line. A Japanese fleet in column formation made contact with our fleet. We call it crossing the T. The American fleet masked fires on the closest ship and then destroyed the second ship. The method was repeated over and over again as we pounded the Japanese which facilitated our great victory.
