Thanks for sharing and adding an appropriate picture CPT (Join to see). MOst of us know about the Army Weight Control Program but I expect some are not familiar with its goals.

CPT (Join to see) during my long military career I always hate the many flaws in the program.
I felt that everyone should be given a water displacement test to accurately measure body fat. Because the tape test is not an accurate all in one measurement for the many body types.
I was a power/weight lifter that far exceeded the slightly over 200lbs on my six foot frame.
The caliper test I had in the early 80s put my exceptable max at 245lbs

SGM David W. Carr LOM, DMSM MP SGT - I agree about the water displacement test. The big draw back is that too many people think it's too difficult or too expensive. They make assumptions without doing any checking on it. I posted the same on another thread and some NCOs jumped in saying the same old line of the training would be too difficult or it would be too expensive. H/W standards and taping don't work for every case.
