Almost everything associated with the ROK "Economic Miracle" is located within 50 miles of Seoul. The Duffelblog article is of course facetious. In reality, if Seoul and its surrounding industrial belt were located further south, out of range of most North Korean artillery and rocket launchers, then things on the Korean peninsula would be much less volatile. Given the limited number of bridges over the Han River leading south out of Seoul, moving our headquarters south to Osan is a great idea.
