This is a tragic situation. Not because the perpetrator was a soldier, but because of the victim. It is one thing to get in a fight with someone who can fight back. It is another to kill a baby that could not possibly have done anything to warrant it. This shitbag got off easy.

Always sad to see a child hurt or killed. I hope he finds repentance and pray for the child.
