There's a fine line between a protest and a riot. Let's stop using the terms interchangeably and call people what they really are. People employing these tactics are rioters. Protestors obey laws and try not to endanger life and limb while letting their voice be heard. There are protestors out there but these guys aren't them.

I agree with the bulk of your post, except I would argue that the line isn't fine at all. It's a really big step between peaceful protesting and violence.

Actually as far as I'm concerned they are speed bumps...if my loved one is in the ambulance being rushed to the hospital and they are stupid enough to be in the way, refusing to move- I hope their affairs are in order. JS
