SGT Edward Wilcox - When they wear masks, helmets and shields and have reportedly used weapons like rocks, fireworks and bottles filled with chemical solutions against far-right protesters and throwing gasoline into a police station followed by fireworks and then barricade the doors so no one can leave? that's not violent???

Lt Col Scott Shuttleworth - As opposed to using weapons like batons, rubber and lead bullets, tear gas, water cannons....for nothing more than just being on the street protesting.

And I never said they don't use violence, I stated that they don't make violent threats in response to something that hasn't happened yet.

SGT Edward Wilcox - I am all for peaceful protesting but when it turns violent then yes use the above to disburse the crowd...allowing them to take over a city block using violence and taking over police stations with violence then yes use what you need to in order to restore peace.
