The Navy has been focused on Power Projection Ashore since the fall of the Soviet Union. Time to refocus on Sea Dominance.

In general, fairly good analysis. As long as we consider non-nuclear warfare. Whether or not, our submarine force would dominate. One Nuc weapon could destroy a carrier, ours or theirs.
