I doubt it, his wife was a slave holder. Her family would never have allowed it. I've heard some credible stories that Eisenhower's mother was half black, they were conscientious objectors who disowned him for joining the military. There are several others rumored to have mixed race ancestors.
I this day of DNA I would think someone would check. They dug up William Henry Harrison to see if he was poisoned.

Never heard of this. A lot of times genealogy gets twisted. I've seen articles that said President Obama was descended from John Punch, the first documented African American Slave in the US
