A Weaponized Drone On American Soil Portends the End of Due Process

If this is in regards to the use of a robot to stop the Dallas shooter, it is not applicable to Due Process, because it was an active shooter that was shooting and killing others and so had he been shoot by a police sniper, or police officer the end results are all the same. Due Process happens when a person is arrested and not when that same persons is shooting.

The problem here is the tactic. People are trying to compare this action to a drone strike, but what they fail to mention is that the target was actively engaging police officers. If the use of the bomb robot is considered extrajudicial or depriving another of due process, then the same would hold true for all incidents that involved and officer killing an individual. We don't generally consider an officer shooting a suspect as a deprivation of due process unless it is determined to be unjustified.
