Private property, private money. Looks like a grave marker. Perfectly OK. Even the Nazis got war dead markers.

Keyword - "private property". Taste or timing don't matter unless they are bound by any local codes or laws. This was a planned effort that started long before recent events. It's unfortunate that the unveiling coincides with these events. I'm guessing somebody has already started legal proceedings to remove it, but I doubt it will be removed. It should not be.

Only a fascist would prevent a private citizen from putting up a grave marker of their choice on private property.
