In after reading this article, the title is incorrect. It was a Senior Chief who was demoted, and not a Navy officer. That Senior Chief was sneaky, but it cost her a demotion in rank. She just threw her Naval career right put of the window. She should have known better as a senior enlisted NCO. Enjoy prison life. :-<
