Calling him an "ex-MMA fighter" is really being generous. He only fought once, and he lost by submission.

Was the 41 months a suspended sentence? It said this right after saying 41 months in the article; Fairlamb, who is 44, is also expected to pay $2,000 in restitution and be under supervised release for three years, the documents said. I suppose it means serve the 41 months and then have 3 years supervised release.
