The only question should be: did he break US law? Yes, he did. Just because he's not African or European, the law is biased? BS!!

You cannot establish laws based on the race or nationality of the offender, and that's what this law did. The legislative history shows that, with a title as the "Wetback" bill.

PS, during the debate on the original bill, a representative stated that "that Mexicans were 'poisoning the American citizen' because they were of a 'very undesirable' class. See slip op. at 13-14. That's an unconstitutional racial motive.
