A completely limp George Floyd is loaded onto gurney, why no CPR? No checking his pulse?

Just seeing a cop acting as an EMT is not necessarily out of the norm. You actually find many cops are also trained EMTs especially in rural areas. I know most of the ones in the town I live in are and respond to medical emergencies with the VFD. I have no idea if the people in the video are trained EMTs or not.

I have no idea either. Given the situation, it seems weird. Additionally, no pulse checked or life saving measures taken at the scene. Precious moments passed if there was any chance of saving Mr. Floyd.

In most municipalities all service personnel are trained in CPR, AED and First Aid. As a county worker I get training every two years although it is voluntary. Once you have completed the training one is obligated to provide assistance should the need arise.
