VA extends education benefits by a year for more than a million veterans

Great news! The U.S. Department of Veterans Affairs is extending education benefits by a year for more than a million veterans. Veterans who served multiple enlistments can now get as much as 48 months of educational support from two GI bills.

I recognize that higher education for veterans offers some of the best opportunities to thrive in civilian life and provide for themselves and their families.
