What Did People Eat for Dinner in the 1920s?

Remember all of these as a kid in the 50s, especially the studed ham with pineapple and cherries, that was an any holiday staple. Don't have any of them much anymore though.

Interesting. I recall every one of those dishes being on our dinner table at one time or another back in the 1950s.
The mention of iceboxes, reminded me about the first apartment I rented after leaving home for good. It had a door next to the entry door about the size of a large cat door. It was for the delivery of ice, back in the day before refrigerators!
