Biden to allow Ukraine to use longer-range US missiles in Russia: Sources

Honestly, whenever it is reported that Biden made a decision, I wonder, "Who really made that decision?" That's my knee-jerk reaction. On consideration, I wonder, "What is the desired effect of such a decision?" I suspect that relief will only come when Russians themselves chase Putin out of the Kremlin and they will only do that when and if they are motivated to do so. Will they be motivated when ATACMS begin falling on their heads? Possibly.
