Has big Pharma been getting rich by promoting drugs & jabs that are untested? If there's nothing to hide, then let's all take a look. https://x.com/ValerieAnne1970/status/ [login to see] 48684065

This time last year, I had recently finished completing the Marine Corp Marathon. It had been a bucket-list item for a couple decades. Got her done at 66 years of age. After 3 previous knee surgeries (thanks, OCS), 2 on the right & 1 on the left, I was still able to finish the 26.2 miles there in the DC area. The only pain I experienced was a couple of sore toes. It was an emotional experience.
Not sure what to tackle next. Maybe bungee jumping? I've already jumped out of perfectly good airplane (on my 57th birthday). Suggestions?

Staying fit after serving is super essential; honestly, all veterans should prioritize it. It’s about keeping in shape physically and mentally for health and overall well-being. What worked for me was finding activities I genuinely enjoy.I’d say focus on consistency. Start small if you’re out of practice – even daily walks can make a big difference. It’s also a good idea to check out local veteran programs because many have fitness classes or outdoor adventure groups to help you stay active.Professional advice is vital for dealing with old injuries or other health concerns. I came across https://micomedical.cz , and it might help with guidance or support tailored to veterans.
