thats Admiral Linda L. Fagan, 27th Commandant, U. S. Coast Guard, who received the Distinguished Service Award at New York Council of the Navy League 122nd Anniversary Dinner Nov. 13, 2024.

The Black Tie event was held at the Edison Ballroom off Times Square in Manhattan.

Adm Fagan oversees all global Coast Guard Operations and 42,000 active duty, 7000 reserves, and 8,700 civilian personnel.

The 37 year veteran of the Coast Guard is a graduate of the U. S. Coast Guard Academy.
