SrA John Monette Agreed - However, poor management is prevalent along with coordination gaps: The lack of interagency coordination has been highlighted as a significant barrier to effective disaster management, leading to competition for limited resources among local governments and agencies. FEMA currently falls under the leadership of Secretary Alejandro Nicolas Mayorkas who has not addressed these problems.

Biden's America...

On January 20, 2021, President Joseph R. Biden, Jr. released Executive Order on Advancing Racial Equity and Support for Underserved Communities Through the Federal Government, requiring that agencies assess equity with respect to race, ethnicity, religion, income, geography, gender identity, sexual orientation and disability.

SrA John Monette No. Equity is equal outcome. Equality is equal opportunity.

SrA John Monette no, equality is everyone gets the same OPPORTUNITY, but it is still upmyp them what they do with it.

And "to each according to his needs" is DISTINCTLY Communist. That is not the direction America needs to head.

Read the short story "Harrison Bergeron" by Kurt Vonnegut. You will see why equity is a bad thing (I hope).
