I would say yes Brother Dale. Nobody in this administration has a clue to do the job they're in. They all think there is an endless supply of money to pay for whatever idiotic idea or plan they can come up with. So, yes, fema is fubar, just like every other government agency.

Drugs in WH, Kabul, supply chain, trans surgeries, missing FEMA money, prisoner exchange, economy, Hunter lap-top, China connections, illegal border crossing, crime rate, covid crap, lost president, Kamala presidential exchange, and on and on. Figure it out.
