Using words like "speculative" and "unsubstantiated" sounds to me like the Government of India is trying to walk a tightrope between Russia and Ukraine and have it both ways. The Indians didn't appear to categorically deny the charges, did they?
If nothing else this war has taught us that 1) The tank is NOT outmoded or dead; 2) Combatants will burn through 300% or more of previous estimates of ammunition expenditures. and 3) There will NEVER be enough precision munitions, and missiles will NOT replace tube artillery.
