1. Morgan Freeman
2. Alanis Morisette
3. George Burns
4. Everyone else
In my head Canon, God speaks in Morgan Freeman's voice. Possible Sir Patrick Stewart if he tires of speaking in Morgan Freeman's voice. But that is only for a break.
The only POSSIBLE improvement that I can think of is James Earl Jones.
