It's really something else how many of President Trumps ideas she is stealing Brother Dale. I'll just bet that joe taught her all about being a plagiarist, stealing other people's ideas.

Tariffs are not paid for by the country but by the consumers. You can't bitch about inflation when a policy like this guarantees inflation

I will bitch, however, about China's worldwide economic dumping. It's not just on this country that China does it to, and that is a problem that's been going on for quite awhile. Granted, there are some things that I would expect to come from China as far as end products are concerned. Tea originated in China (some will say India, but it really depends on who you ask) as did many porcelain products. It feels more than a little silly (and annoying) to have to go out of my way to buying products that weren't made there. Closest we came to actually having an effective boycott on Chinese products in recent times would've been the whole Hong Kong mess that started less than ten years ago. One of the rare times I agreed with a political issue on the likes of Imgur.

It depends what the country in question taxes our products. Trump very effectively used tariffs in his first term. Someone who doesn't understand the principles and try using this approach will cause a disaster. Harris just doesn't have the experience to lead this kind of work. MHO
