I saw the video and its internal comments were interesting. Patches on "Ukrainian" uniforms were from a video game. While this is a possible war crime, it is definitely inconclusive without further analysis (e.g. specific unit, specific location, bar codes for items, etc.)

My guess is it’s russians trying to badmouth Ukraine. Not saying that’s what it actually, but it’s definitely a possibility.

Even if this is truly Ukrainians, the general tenor of the war has the Ukrainian side taking the high road in most actions. I'd suspect foul play knowing how Russians are eager to deceive. If it is Ukrainians, punish the offenders and move on.
